Not sure how to bring up what you actually want in bed or what your partner (or yourself!) is into? You’re not alone. Most of us were never taught how to talk about sex, desire, or intimacy openly. The Yes! No. Maybe? Checklist is one of the most widely used tools in the sexology field for exactly that reason (and it works!)
This free checklist gives you and your partner(s) (or just you, on your own) a simple, structured way to explore desires, boundaries, and curiosities.
How it works:
Go through the list individually and mark each activity as a Yes (something you’re into or open to), a No (something that’s off the table), or a Maybe (something you’re curious about or want to explore further). Then compare your answers with your partner or partners. Where your yeses overlap? That’s your starting point. The maybes? Great conversation starters. The nos? Respected.
This checklist is for you if:
You want to expand your sex life but don’t know where to start.
You and your partner or partners have fallen into a routine and want to explore what else might feel good.
You’re curious about your own desires and want a low-pressure way to get clear on them.
You’re navigating intimacy with a new partner and want a consent-forward way to open the conversation.
You’re an individual exploring your sexuality solo.
This is a communication tool, a consent practice, and an intimacy-building exercise all in one. And it’s completely free! (My favourite!)
